Our non-profit had humble beginnings, sparked by the vision of a few passionate women who gathered around a shared commitment to make a difference. One day while waiting for our daughters at dance practice, we recognized the pressing needs within our community and felt an urgent call to action.

With a shared dream of fostering positive change for women and children, we founded the WINI initiative, dedicated to serving and uplifting the local community. Our initial conversation has since grown into a powerful force for good, shaping the trajectory of the organization and impacting countless lives in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
